Due to a large volume of applications to the Housing Register we currently have a back log waiting to be assessed. Applications are currently taking up to 12 weeks to process and we would politely ask that you do not contact us regarding your application if you made it less than 12 weeks ago. Unfortunately if you contact us before 12 weeks to find out what stage your application is at we will not be able to respond.
If you are having difficulty making an application for housing you may come along to one on our drop in sessions held on the first Wednesday of each month between 9.30am and 4.30pm at the Civic Offices and a member of staff will be able to assist you.
