From Monday 28th June 2010 the Housing Options and Advice Desk will be open at the following times:

Monday -  9.30am to 4.30pm  /  Wednesday - 9.30am to 4.30pm  /  Friday -  9.30am to 4.30pm

Housing Assessment Team Drop In’ Sessions

Drop in sessions are availalbe for new applicants to the Housing Register.Applicants can see a demonstration on the bidding system or talk to someone about the way their application has been assessed. Sessions will be held in the HomeChoice area in the Civic Offices, Sutton from 9.30am to 4pm on the following dates:

 Friday 15 October 2010 / Friday 14 January 2011 / Friday 15 April 2011

• Properties are advertised here every week from Thursday to Sunday .
• If you are registered on the Council's Housing List, you can bid for the properties that you are interested in.
• All property adverts will indicate whether there are any additional criteria that you must fulfil in order to bid.
• Tenants living in regeneration areas, who have been officially notified by council officers that they are in a current decant programme, can now choose and bid for their new homes through Sutton HomeChoice. 

To log and and bid for properties you must have 

Registration Number 

This is the reference number that is given to your application for re-housing

Pin Number

The date of birth for the person who appears first on your application. You can change your pin to another memorable date if you want to.
