Housing for the over 60's

Anchor Housing Association specialise in sheltered accommodation for applicants in the 60 plus age range
They currently have a number of vacancies in other parts of the country
The majority of the properties are studio flats but there is also a number of one bedroom properties available

Properties are advertised here every week from Thursday to Sunday
If you are on the council's housing list, you can bid for the properties you are interested in
Property adverts indicate if there are additional criteria you must fulfil in order to bid
Tenants in a current decant programme, can bid for their new homes through Sutton Homechoice

To log and and bid for properties you must have :

Registration Number - The reference number given to your application for re-housing

Pin Number - The date of birth for the person who appears first on your application. You can change your pin to another memorable date.
